Is there a minimum stay required to book?

Yes, depending on the season, from 3 to 5 days, with some exceptions.

I try to make a reservation and it is not finalized with the error “invalid card”

It is possible that the expiry date of your card is prior to the date of the check in so the system returns this error. If ths happens you can either use another card or email us at [email protected]

What happens to the payments made if my flight/ferry is cancelled at the last minute?

If you notify us at the time of the force majeure that prevents you from flying , you have the option of receiving a voucher for the amount of deposit for your next stay with no expire date or a refund within 14 days from the scheduled daty of your arrival.

What services are included when booking a villa?

Private swimming pool. Private Parking. Daily interior cleaning. Welcome basket in your villa and amenities. Bath and Pool towels. Free late check out in the villa under availability.

Information about check in and check out

What time can I check in: From 15:00. Any time you will arrive, you will be attended by Isalos Villas stuff. Please let us know early about your arrival time. What about check out? Before 12:00 on your day of departure. However, if available, we can offer a late check out in your villa.

Reception hours

There is no reception desk at Isalos Villas complex, althought especially the morning hours you will find Isalos Villas stuff all around the complex. In additional in the villas there is a leaflet with all the contacts information of the stuff (email, phone number, etc) that you can contact 24/7.
